Are prices in the program set?
The element noted as one of the programs strong points is prevalent here, the price for each model & each individual specification requirement is pre- determined by BMW (Manufacturer). Therefore no hassle & no haggle, and everyone will pay the same price. The prices are in U.S. $ and therefore not affected by territory/market currency fluctuations.
How Do i get the prices?
opt for the registration icon at the top of the home page and submit your details. after a short while, you will receive an email containing a User ID and password. Opt for the Sign-in Icon at the top of the home page, fill in the details and the page will refresh to the home page. you are now signed in. go to the model range, choose a vehicle and you will be able to download a price guide relevant to that model.
When placing an order, what are the down payments?
BMW requirements are as follows: Stateside delivery normally requires 10% down payment. 328i $ 1,000/- all remaining 3 series models & X3 $ 2,000/- 5 series models & X5 $ 3,000/- M series $ 3,000/- 6 series 10% 7 Series 10%
What about the vehicles warranty?
The car comes with the manufacturers 48 months 50,000 miles warranty. Warranty commences on the first day of registration.
Is the BMW Full Maintenance Plan applicable on my BMW
Yes, this plan will be available on your BMW, and as with the warranty commences at first registration. The plan is not available for vehicles delivered or taken outside U.S.A
Is the program available to civilians contracted to the U.S. MILITARY?
Yes, providing that the said individual has a valid U.S. Military ID card.
Do I pay sales tax through the BMW MSP

What is my federal tax liability?
As a general rule the criteria for free (non-taxable) importation is that the owner must have been stationed abroad for 140 consecutive days and has taken physical possession of the vehicle while stationed abroad. A copy of official military orders must accompany the vehicle being shipped and as some U.S. ports of entry stipulate a minimum mileage requirement in order to avoid Import Tax, it is also recommended that your vehicle be shipped with a minimum of 500 miles at the time of importation. Import Tax is charged at 2.5% of the total value stated on the Bill of Sale. Depending upon whether you are Military, Civilian (GS) or DOD contractor, the rules can vary. If you’re unsure just check with the relevant department or visit the official U.S. Customs Website and navigate to the relevant section.
NB Neither First Choice MSP or its representatives will except any responsibility for any form of tax liability for automobiles imported into the U.S.A. or the individual therein. Will my BMW vehicle Purchased on the program conform to U.S. Import requirements?
Yes, your BMW vehicle will conform fully to U.S. federal regulations, and also they fulfill additional requirements for the state of California.
If I need to cancel my order due to finance rejection what happens
On the placement of order, you will receive written conditions that safeguard your down payment in this instant. You are required however that you apply for finance within 10 days of order.
Does the BMW MSP arrange for shipping to the U.S.A
Yes, BMW offers a direct shipping option whereby your BMW will be shipped from the factory in Germany directly to a BMW dealership of your choice, anywhere within mainland U.S.A. Shipping can also be arranged direct to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico there will however be a surcharge to the normal shipping package price.
Can I choose the option specifications myself?
